Skill-Building Workshops
At Gotskills, we offer a wide range of interactive workshops designed to help youth develop essential life skills. From public speaking to financial literacy, our programs provide hands-on learning experiences to prepare young individuals for success.


Youth Mentorship Program
Our dedicated mentors work one-on-one with youth to provide guidance, support, and encouragement. Through this program, young people can build confidence, set achievable goals, and unlock their full potential.
Life Skills
We accomplish our mission by organizing enrichment outings and planning special events for young men. There are no membership fees and all donations are strictly used for the program. Our leaders are all volunteers

The goal is to support our young men during their journey through teenage and young manhood years. We provide various workshops and services that addresses the many needs of our male population in Orlando. Our leaders are dedicated to providing young men with mentoring and teaching various life skills to aid them in life. Through one-on-one and group mentoring efforts, our members forge relationships that positively impact our greatest resource: our youth.



Got Skills Member Spotlight – April Feature: Kyler

At just 16 years old, Kyler is already making waves as a dedicated young leader and an aspiring athlete. Growing up in Macedonia MBC, Kyler has always been actively involved in his church community. From a young age, he participated in the Children’s Chapel, the Children’s Choir, the Youth Usher Board, the Youth Choir, the Youth Drama Ministry, the Mime Ministry, and the Got Skills program. His passion for spiritual growth drives him to seek a deeper connection with God, and he regularly attends Thursday Bible study to nurture his faith. He’s a sophomore at Apopka High School; Kyler is equally passionate about academics and athletics. As a member of the school’s golf team, he has developed a profound love for the game and dreams of playing at the collegiate level. His commitment to golf extends beyond the school, as Kyler has been a part of the Orlando Minority Youth Golf Association (OMYGA) for seven years, where he continues to sharpen his skills and compete. His dedication was recently recognized when he was awarded the 2024 Outstanding Player Award at the OMYGA end-of-year banquet. Kyler’s heart for service is evident in his community involvement. He consistently finds ways to give back, whether by feeding the homeless or participating in the MLK Day of Service, where he joined efforts to pack 1 million meals for deserving families. Kyler is also an active member of the Orlando Kappa League, where he cultivates leadership skills and community responsibility. Known for his respectful demeanor and positive attitude, Kyler leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets. He exemplifies what it means to be a young man of character, faith, and ambition. Got Skills deeply appreciates the support of local corporations and business and especially our community partners who assist us in many ways, from funding to facility availability, to in-kind donations for our various events Got Skills male youth leadership program could not operate at our high level of quality without support of these generous businesses.
